Huangshan Fantastic Pines and Strange Rocks

Huangshan, renowned globally for its “four wonders”: fantastic pines, bizarre rocks, a sea of clouds, and hot springs. The peculiar pines exhibit various shapes, with gnarled branches and graceful postures; the grotesque rocks are craggy and abrupt, presenting distinctive forms that are awe-inspiring; the sea of clouds is ever-changing, sometimes surging with waves and sometimes calm and serene, resembling a dreamlike scene; the hot spring water is crystal clear with a comfortable temperature, nourishing both body and mind.

Hongcun Ancient Town

Hongcun Ancient Town, dubbed as the “village in Chinese paintings”. Houses in Hui style with white walls and black tiles line the water, while small bridges and flowing water intertwine, composing a picturesque scroll. The ancient town houses numerous well-preserved ancient residences from the Ming and Qing dynasties, where exquisite carvings and superb craftsmanship showcase the essence of Hui architecture.

Jiuhua Mountain Buddhist Sanctuary

Jiuhua Mountain, one of the four sacred Buddhist mountains in China. Temples abound in the mountain, where incense is always burning, attracting believers from around the world with its solemn and sacred Buddhist atmosphere. Jiuhua Mountain also presents an abundance of natural wonders, with craggy rocks, towering peaks, and vast clouds, creating a magnificent landscape.

Chuzhou Langya Mountain

Chuzhou Langya Mountain, renowned for its spectacular waterfall, “A cascade of a thousand feet, seeming the Milky Way falling from the sky.” Langya Mountain has rugged terrain, extraordinary peaks and stones, peculiar pines, and ancient caves, forming an extraordinary landscape painting. The Langya Temple in the mountain has a long history and is a popular destination for praying and appreciating the scenery.

Chaohu Wetland

Chaohu Wetland, one of the five largest freshwater lakes in China. The wetland boasts an intact ecosystem, supporting abundant bird species, thus gaining the reputation of “a bird’s paradise.” Visitors to Chaohu Wetland can take a boat through the reed marshes to enjoy thousands of birds flying in the sky, experiencing the vibrancy of nature.

Tianzhu Mountain

Tianzhu Mountain, famous for its steep terrain and unique Danxia landform. The peaks soar into the clouds, and the cliffs are as steep as if cut with a knife, forming a spectacular “thousand peaks competing in beauty.” Tianzhu Mountain also possesses diverse vegetation and biodiversity, making it a perfect destination for mountaineering, exploration, and nature appreciation.

Taiping Lake

Taiping Lake, situated in southeastern Anhui Province, is an artificial Thousand-Island Lake. Numerous islands of various sizes are scattered across the lake, composing a landscape painting of verdant mountains and clear waters. The water of Taiping Lake is limpid, and the air is fresh. Visitors can go boating and fishing in the lake area to savor the tranquil beauty of nature.

Sanhe Ancient Town

Sanhe Ancient Town, located in southern Anhui Province, is a national historical and cultural town. The ancient town has well-preserved ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties, with crisscrossing streets and developed water systems, forming a typical water town. Sanhe Ancient Town fascinates many tourists with its Hui culture and simple charm.

Wuhu Fangte Happy World

Wuhu Fangte Happy World is a large-scale theme park. The park contains multiple theme areas, offering numerous amusement facilities and performances. Visitors can experience exhilarating roller coasters, watch spectacular shows, and enjoy a joyful park day.

Anhui Provincial Museum

Anhui Provincial Museum, the largest comprehensive museum in Anhui Province. The museum has an extensive collection covering various fields such as history, archaeology, fine arts, and nature. The collection of “Dawenkou Culture” from the Neolithic Age and the unearthed cultural relics of the “Huoshan Chu Tomb” from the Han Dynasty are particularly valuable.
